- Using automated access in a way that imposes unreasonable load or bypasses safeguards.
Security work
Nodaris works in technical and security-adjacent environments, but this policy does not authorize testing, monitoring, access, or interference with any system unless the responsible parties have expressly agreed to the scope and permissions in writing.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including blocking access, preserving relevant records, notifying affected providers or authorities where appropriate, and pursuing available remedies.
